One of my signature styles is throwing on some way retro piece and attempting to make it look modern. I threw this together in like six seconds. These pants are crazy big and on my never ending constantly growing TO DO LIST. They don't look too awful do they? (also i forgot to post last night so you will get 2 posts today :) so shoot me )

If you hadn't noticed I have a thing for ridiculous T-Shirts. Well quite frankly I have a thing for ridiculous garments in general! So when i found this wolf woman shirt I had to have it. You may remember my other wolf shirt which is like an inception shirt (a wolf in a wolf in a wolf..woah) you can see the first time I wore it was day twenty-eight! (holy cow-o) and I also wore it my favorite way, with a blazer on day two hundred twenty one. It was totally worth the 2.99 at Salvation Army. 

(so crack myself up when i wear a vegan thing with my leather jacket ;) oh man oh man-o the vegan police should be all on that)

OMG RACHEL DO YOU LIVE ON A LAKE? nope thats just my front yard and the fields completely underwater in the background. This is just a glimpse into West Michigan life last week. Grand Rapids got it so bad...we live on kind of a hill so that helped us a bit! But man is it squishy out there.

these high waisted pants are just the bees knees. And yes these pictures are all very bright but love it. Deal with it or die pissed. Or just look at the photos tomorrow. Cause they are darker.

my favorite layers. day two-hundred-fifty-six.

i just wanted to say i had such fun with the blog hop yesterday! I found so many cool new blogs to follow and some great new followers! thanks to Peacoats and Plaid for the chance to hop! And thanks to everyone who participated!

Probably my favorite way to layer is with my leather jacket that was my mom's. I had a minor freak out and thought I lost it, called almost everyone and everywhere I had been the past few days only to find it hidden behind the dog food.....I feel like my jacket is a part of my style totally and when i thought i lost it i felt like i lost part of my soul. Do you have any pieces in your closet that are your favorite? That you would quite literally cry if you lost?
