I have been spending a lot of time in Holland, MI lately. It is such a cool little town. I think its really a lot bigger than Grand Haven mainly because there is no 'off-season'. In the Spring its all tulips and wooden shoes (which I am so excited to be here for!), the summer its a beach town and then it is also home to Hope College so you get the college kids all fall/winter/spring. There are so many cute shops and it is always bustling with people! I love it, so since I have been interviewing down there I took some time to find cool place to take shots like this wall. Its funky! I tend to get isolated and forget that such a cute town is only 20 minutes away!
This is Hedwig, one of my cats, he was rolling around in catnip on the counter. I love this shot of him and his goofy eyes.
(notice awesome windmill in the background!)
Hedwig again (on the Left) and Troy on the right, Troy was my first pet on my own. I am the pet person of the family, aside from Smokey the greenhouse cat we had, all the pets are my fault (my poor mom and dad). Troy is seven years old now, he is a really cool cat, but requires way more attention than any cat should. He is like a child. But one who won't let you dress him up and will not complete his chores...dang lazy Troy!
