Well here you have it! The last of the purple hair.
This same day I went back to normal old Rachel hair and I couldn't be happier. WHILE purple was so fun and I wish I could have it all the time it really destroyed my hair. And honestly there is nothing SLOW about dying your hair. Especially to blonde. It requires so much investment of time and money getting your roots touched up and getting everything toned and blah de blah de blah. PLUS did I mention it DESTROYED my hair? I had to cut off a ton which is good to get rid of it but makes me sad. I like my hair longer. I really need to chop off even more but I just can't bring myself to do it.
So in the style of this blog I plan to slow my hair down. Take care of it more, take more time trying to grow it out and not destroy the crap out of it just for pretty purpleness (however it was sure pretty wasn't it?). I will miss it but will have to remember this when come a year from now I really want to do it. I am thinking of trying henna because I have read from many bloggers it has done wonders for their hair. Any thoughts?
Also I didn't even mention my clothing this blog post because it really was to be all about the hair but I mean seriously how adorable are the pastels in the winter snow!??!?!! more more more

Aww, goodbye purple. After giving my hair a much needed rest, I am now just coloring my bangs. They grow fast enough to offset the damage (that's my theory anyways) :o)
And yes, the pastels against the snow are just beautiful!
